「看我」这是关于在国外不得不经历自我封闭的女孩们的一个凝视项目。由于国外疫情肆虐的关系，大多数人不得不经历自我封闭（quarantine）的情况。某日在和国外朋友视频时，我突然产生了想要通过视频通话来拍摄朋友的想法。身为女孩，我发现女孩们在和他人视讯时，凝视者不仅包括了视讯对象，还包括了由于相貌焦虑导致不自觉凝视自己的女孩自己。于是，我想要在这样的双重凝视下，通过视讯镜头和女孩自己，去观察身处于quarantine中的女孩们，在她们私密的居住环境中，她们会想些什么，她们的状态是如何。
「I see myself through your lens」 is a photography project about gazing at girls who have to experience self-isolation abroad.
Due to the outbreak of covid abroad, most people have to suffer from quarantine. One day when I was making a video with a friend from abroad, I suddenly had the idea of filming a friend by video calling. As a girl, I found that when girls were video-chatting with others, the gazer was always not the only one in the video, the girls themselves were involuntarily staring at themselves result from their appearance anxiety.
Therefore, I wanted to observe the quaratine girls, through the lens from the girls themselves who vid chat with me. In the end I wonder what they were thinking and how they were doing in their private living environment under this double gaze.
